What does this award mean to you?
This award means a great deal for the agency and for everyone who helped. Amanda says “we have a staff of 40 years and it’s what my mom envisioned.”
What do you think the chamber has helped with?
Amanda says “Small businesses are the life and blood of the community to connect with other businesses.” She states that when we all work together and promote local businesses we can solve problems. Furthermore, she adds that it is a great benefit for Monmouth.

What does this award mean to you?
Janice was very touched and says “the community sees value in what the Tin Cup does for Monmouth.” She continued to say that “all our efforts are for the community.”
What do you think the chamber has helped with?
She goes on to say that “you need the help and support of the Monmouth Chamber to help promote.”
Citizen of The Year
Thomas Best
What does this award mean to you?
Thomas was very taken back by this award and he says “I’m proud to be a citizen of Monmouth.” Thomas contributes and is deeply proud to be a citizen of this town. He is retired but busier than ever.
What do you think the chamber has helped with?
He recommends people/businesses become members to learn about the opportunities and talents of people and organizations. Thomas says it’s very interesting to meet new people. He says you can “learn about activities, associating, networking, make connections and plan ideas.”
